We have proudly managed the Heart Rooftop Garden in Walton-on-Thames for the past five years. When we first took on the garden it was significantly overgrown and in need of extensive care and attention.
Since then, we have transformed and maintained the space through regular, professional garden maintenance — ensuring it remains well-presented, healthy and looking its very best throughout the year.

Non-combustible decking replacement, The Heart
Over four months we completed a project at The Heart in Walton, replacing the wooden decking and joists on 22 garden-level balconies. The deteriorated decking was upgraded to aluminium Innova-coated, non-combustible decking boards.
Several balconies featured curved designs and required work around drainage systems, so our team adopted a creative approach — ensuring the decking was installed with precision and a consistent, visually appealing finish throughout.

We carry out regular maintenance for a number of properties owned under Kites Property Services Ltd — London House and Wey House in Woking, The Brew House in Woking, Florence House in Guildford and Worplesdon House in Guildford.
Tasks include regular weed control to maintain high health and safety standards, maintenance of flowerbeds and grassy areas, upkeep of pavements and block paving, and leaf clearance with shrub and hedge management.
